Story

Music about what comes after.

Fabulous Fab is the music project of Fabian Wendel – Swiss, former banking executive, survivor. For twenty years his path led straight up: an international career, large teams, relentless speed. Then, on a single day in the Swiss Alps, that world ended on 25 metres of mountain road. A mountain bike accident with minimal chance of survival. Tetraplegia. From 100 to 0.

In rehabilitation, Fab relearned two words: relax and patience. Letting go, again and again. Step by step. And he discovered that music can express what words are often too small for. Fabulous Fab does not make music about the accident. He makes music about what comes after: gratitude, closeness, the gift of moving forward.
